Really nice items at good prices and very professional and friendly staff. We are glad this place is in our neighborhood. Appreciate being able to bring things in to sell and buy things to take home. I love the character of their items and really believe in recycling such lovely treasures. Very clean and upscale. M

I could write a book...OMG...have been consigning for years and have never been treated SO rudely by the staff and now the owner. I brought in a designer piece that Neiman Marcus is currently selling for $1800...they put it on their floor for $99. When I noticed their error I immediately called the store only to be told that it would have been up to me to make them aware of the value of the item??? Though I don't think that was my job I had in fact made the owner aware of the value with multiple links to the designer and stores currently selling her items. The staff said "well..the owner doesn't share those emails with us so we wouldn't have had any way of knowing and WE are the ones who price the items"....like this is my fault that the left hand doesn't talk to the right...am I not the customer???? I have now sold the item on my own for more than what they have it listed for due to the lack of trust from the get go and I called to say I wanted to come pick it up only to be put on hold...the owner then answered and asked me if I had read the contract? I said no...Ok my fault...she then went on to tell me that they always read over the contract line by line before the customer signs it. Well, my husband was with me and doesn't even remember that I signed a contract and he was standing right next to me...pretty sure they didn't go over it with me line by line. IF I want this item back then I have to pay them $25 for an early cancelation fee. They also won't let me just pick up the 1 item now, they want me to pick up all 3 of my items and will then be charging me $75. I guess they can't do their actual job of consigning so they have to make $ somehow. The owner then went on to say that I needed to pick them up TODAY...clearly they haven't looked out their window because we have a white out blizzard. When I told her that I could pick them up tomorrow she accused me of "wanting my cake and eating it too"???? RUN...don't walk from this store.
